Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut and 3 to 4 Red Chilli, 1 Small Gooseberry Size Tamarind, 1 tbsp Urad Dal and 1/4 tsp Hing, Salt To Taste, 1/2 tsp Mustard seed and 1/4 tsp Urad Dal, Few Curry Leaves and 1 tsp oil.

Firstly, roast red chill, urad dal, and asafoetida with a small amount of oil. set aside.

Secondly, Grind coconut with tamarind then adds that roasted red chill urad dhal with asafoetida mix.

Thirdly, grind all the above mix, remember to add some water. Continuously grind that mix until it gets smoother, like coarse paste, then, set aside.

Fourthly, deep fry or season the muster seed, fenugreek, Dry chilly, and curry leaves.

Ingredients: Half cup Urad dal and also 1 tablespoon of Rice

¼ cup 1 tbsp Jaggery/ karupatti powdered, and also 3 tablespoons Sesame oil

Firstly, Dry roast urad dal in a pan until golden in color. In the same pan dry roast rice until slightly golden. Cool down, and powder finely together.
Secondly, Heat a pan with jaggery, ½ cup + 2 tablespoons of water. Once it boils, add the powdered urad dal mixture. Switch off the stove and stir briskly with a whisk.
Thirdly, Keep stirring until smooth. Again add ¼ cup of water and mix well.
Start heating again, and add 2 more tablespoons of water. keep stirring in medium flame.
Fourthly, Add one tablespoon of oil at a time and mix. Once cooked and all the 3 tablespoons is added, try touching the mixture with water-smeared hands, it should not stick to your hand and resembles halwa.
Finally,
Switch off the stove.
