Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut and 3 to 4 Red Chilli, 1 Small Gooseberry Size Tamarind, 1 tbsp Urad Dal and 1/4 tsp Hing, Salt To Taste, 1/2 tsp Mustard seed and 1/4 tsp Urad Dal, Few Curry Leaves and 1 tsp oil.
Firstly, roast red chill, urad dal, and asafoetida with a small amount of oil. set aside.
Secondly, Grind coconut with tamarind then adds that roasted red chill urad dhal with asafoetida mix.
Thirdly, grind all the above mix, remember to add some water. Continuously grind that mix until it gets smoother, like coarse paste, then, set aside.
Fourthly, deep fry or season the muster seed, fenugreek, Dry chilly, and curry leaves.
Finally, mix the seasoning on the coarse paste. Now, we get to taste urad dal chutney.

Secondly, Add water Step by step 1 to 2 teaspoons of water, and also Continue graining up to the smoother level of the cream. Just mix till 10 to 15minute for water dried, thick and heavy. we don’t want to add any preservative for dryness.
Thirdly, Add two green chilly, one big onion two teaspoons of cumin seeds, and one teaspoon of black pepper powder. half teaspoon of chilly.
Fourthly, Mixed with creamy urad dal. At last, add some salt as per your taste.
Finally, Heat the oil, then take the cream on hand. make the hole in the center of the cream then, pour it into the hot oil. Check whether the vada is cooked or not. After confirm cooked and also serve with a smile.
